This full-time Physical Therapist role supports outpatient rehabilitation services on a day schedule. The position focuses on evaluating, treating, and progressing patients across a range of physical conditions while supporting functional independence and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and mobility-related conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention strategies

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
What You Bring

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT)

Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain upon hire)

BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire

Ability to manage outpatient caseload independently
Full-time, day schedule position.
