Job DescriptionLocation: Beaverton, OR (Onsite for training; hybrid option available after 90 days)
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $26.50–$31.25 per hour + annual bonus (up to 12% based on company performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours during Q4, e.g., 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in Beaverton, OR to find a Logistics Operations Administrator. In this key role, you will manage day-to-day logistics and order operations, ensuring efficient workflows and contributing to outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily order flow to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues to meet customer SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, shipping carrier requirements, and third-party regulations
  • Manage all carrier communications, including pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices
  • Review outgoing orders and international documents to ensure compliance before shipment
  • Coordinate RMAs, communicate with customers, and work with accounting for credit processing
  • Schedule inbound/outbound freight in coordination with the buying team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on orders, shipments, and inventory discrepancies
  • Analyze shipping errors and manage carrier claims for lost, damaged, or delayed items
  • Collaborate with 3PL partners to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time shipping
  • Maintain and update transportation systems with rates and surcharges; identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by aligning logistics with company processes
  • Prepare service-level reports and analyze logistics performance data
  • Leverage IT automation to streamline logistics and warehouse procedures


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, order management, or a related field (experience with distributors or e-commerce is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of emails and customer interactions
  • Detail-oriented with accurate and efficient order entry skills
  • Self-motivated and career-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Operations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Details: $26.50 to $31.25 per hour
