KENMORE / TONAWANDA "Property Management Office" Is currently seeking a candidate as a GENERAL OFFICE MANAGER
* PER DIEM: (Part-time hours)
* FLEXIBLE: (Office work days / May include weekends)
* FLEXIBLE: (Hours / Standard 9-5 / May include Hours after 5pm)
* All reasonable efforts will be made to "work-around" your CURRENT FULL-TIME & PART-TIME Employment, (MOST IMPORTANT) - FAMILY Responsibilities & Obligations.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL-SET
* SELF-DIRECTED: (Being able to work & complete a "group of tasks" without direct supervision)
* STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: (To streamline office tasks & improve efficiencies, meet & exceed office short-term & long-term GOALS)
* COMPUTER SKILLS: (Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Property & Office Management Software, etc.)
* RECORD KEEPING: (Organize & Manage "BACK-UP RECORDS" /PAPER/ Monthly Statements, 3-Ring Binders, Over-Size Architectural Drawings & Engineering Reports, Construction & Maintenance Photographs, USPS-UPS office Mail, etc.)
* EMERGENCY: "Short-Notice" PRIORITY / EMERGENCY Service Requests
* RESEARCH: On Products & Materials that may be purchased for Current & Future use. (*QUALITY CONTROL* & *PRICE-MATCH" ) on various building, construction materials, services etc.
* RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: NEW "Consumer / Product-Lines / Services"
* BANKING: "Bank-Deposits" (store "Deposits & Receipts" to "back-up" records)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Real Estate Management & Maintenance Services
- Construction / Building Materials
- Working-with and/or Scheduling-in PROFESSIONAL "Job-Site" CONTRACTORS
- LEASE Organization
- Reliable Transportation
- Cellular Telephone
