Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Technician - Injection Molding to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expert experience in injection molding processes, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate auxiliary equipment
- Processing injection molding machines (28-200 ton)
- Troubleshoot equipment, molding processes and cycles
- Ability to hang & set up injection molds
- Set up and 5-shot for production thermo-set and compression molds
- Handling and signing out material
- Maintains set-up sheet and production records for shift
- Accurately complete all required paperwork
- Work closely with quality department and management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain safe work area in neat and orderly manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in injection molding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mold setup, processing parameters, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to regularly stand for long periods of time throughout the shift with regular walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting of up to 55Lbs
2nd Shift Core Hours: 4:00pm – 12:45am
Wage Range Based on Experience $25 - $35 per hour
