Customer Service Coordinator
- Contract (with conversion potential)
- Location: Hybrid in Hanover, PA
- Monday & Friday, remote
- Tuesday to Thursday, on-site
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
- Some Saturday coverage (voluntary)
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
- Compensation: $19/hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and answer questions via phone and email
- Process orders and support setup changes
- Manage special orders and audit reports
- Resolve interface errors and maintain shared inboxes
- Support new system implementations and document processes
- Provide guidance on SAP processes and assist with error reports
- Maintain cross-functional relationships and uphold quality standards
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience required
- Strong customer service orientation; Call center experience a plus
- Computer skills; Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft office preferred
- Goal-oriented, coachable professional with willingness to learn/grow
- Enthusiastic with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
