Customer Service Coordinator

  • Contract (with conversion potential)
  • Location: Hybrid in Hanover, PA
    • Monday & Friday, remote
    • Tuesday to Thursday, on-site
  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
      • Some Saturday coverage (voluntary)
  • Compensation: $19/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and answer questions via phone and email
  • Process orders and support setup changes
  • Manage special orders and audit reports
  • Resolve interface errors and maintain shared inboxes
  • Support new system implementations and document processes
  • Provide guidance on SAP processes and assist with error reports
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships and uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience required
  • Strong customer service orientation; Call center experience a plus
  • Computer skills; Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft office preferred
  • Goal-oriented, coachable professional with willingness to learn/grow
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
