Key responsibilities: assist in managing business litigation cases, including contract disputes, commercial conflicts, and corporate matters; draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents under supervision; conduct legal research and provide analytical insights to support case strategies; assist in trial preparation and participate in courtroom proceedings, including hearings and trials; learn and participate in the written discovery process, including interrogatories, depositions, and document production; appear in court for motions and hearings as experience grows, with mentorship provided; collaborate with partners, associates, and staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes; manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in business litigation to assist with cases from inception through resolution: demonstrated ability in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with a track record of high-quality work; some experience assisting at trial, with prior court appearances a plus but not required.

The successful candidate will excel in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting at trial, while thriving in a collaborative, in-office environment (remote work not available). This position is ideal for someone eager to take on increasing responsibilities, including court appearances, trials and appeals, as their career progresses.
