A Florida-based family-owned company in the tobacco industry is looking for a diligent Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team and support their manufacturing process.

SALARY: $70 to $80K Annually, based on experience.
Hours: Must have flexibility to work rotating shifts (Day or Afternoon shift) Mon-Fri
Week 1 - 5:30 AM - 2:10 PM
Week 2 - 2 PM - 10:40 PM
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing floor operations
- Ensure efficient, high-quality production
- Conduct routine quality checks to maintain work standards
- Manage assigned personnel, providing clear instructions and guidance
- Monitor performance, offering feedback, support, and discipline as needed
- Coach and mentor new and existing team members.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, safety standards, and system compliance
- Perform production tasks as required
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree or 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with solid time-management abilities
- Bilingual in English and/or Spanish (required)
- Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly
- ISO, GMP, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
