We are a growing company seeking a supervisor with experience in road construction and underground utilities. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US as well as possess and maintain a good driving record. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications Include:

• Applicants are required to possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• Several years (3 - 5+) of experience in highway construction and/or underground utilities.
• Ability to supervise, train and coordinate construction crew(s).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
• Comfortable working in proximity to a high volume of fast-moving traffic.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and supervise a team(s) of laborers and operators to ensure the efficient execution of daily schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites and enforce compliance with safety and Company policies.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques as well as relevant regulations, codes and standards.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, equipment and production usage.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operated.
