Job DescriptionMancan is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborer to assist with residential and commercial remodeling projects. This position involves supporting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and performing a variety of hands-on construction tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Pay: $12-$15/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Help with basic carpentry, drywall, flooring, and remodeling tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Measure, cut, and move materials as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled trades workers
- Assist with framing, painting, and other remodeling activities as needed
Requirement:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must follow all safety guidelines on the job site
