Summerlin Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our amazing team!

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you’ll help keep our hospital running smoothly while delivering exceptional client care:

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
  • Handle a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Answer questions and educate clients on services
  • Support the veterinary team to ensure an efficient, positive experience

Requirements:

  • Previous client service experience required
  • Veterinary experience highly preferred

Schedule

  • Full-time, flexible 5/8 or 4/10 schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • No weekends!

Our team of three veterinarians provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care using advanced tools such as digital radiography, digital dental X-ray, laser therapy, and mobile ultrasound. We are also proud to practice Cat-Friendly techniques, ensuring a low-stress experience for our feline patients.
