Summerlin Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our amazing team!

What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you’ll help keep our hospital running smoothly while delivering exceptional client care:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Handle a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer questions and educate clients on services
- Support the veterinary team to ensure an efficient, positive experience

Requirements:
- Previous client service experience required
- Veterinary experience highly preferred
Schedule
- Full-time, flexible 5/8 or 4/10 schedule
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends!

- Compensation: $16-18 per hour, for each hour worked*

Our team of three veterinarians provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care using advanced tools such as digital radiography, digital dental X-ray, laser therapy, and mobile ultrasound. We are also proud to practice Cat-Friendly techniques, ensuring a low-stress experience for our feline patients.
