Our model is built around interdisciplinary care, where clinicians can focus on their craft while being part of a supportive, growth-oriented team. We are intentional about creating space for providers to develop their niche while working collaboratively with other professionals.
Role Description
We are looking to create space for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about nervous system regulation and sensory integration, particularly in working with neurodivergent individuals.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside therapists in a collaborative environment, supporting shared clients and contributing to a holistic approach to care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing services focused on sensory integration and nervous system regulation
- Collaborating with therapists to support client goals
- Contributing to interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Supporting children, teens, and families within a neuro-affirming framework
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Florida
- Experience or strong interest in sensory integration and nervous system regulation
- Alignment with neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Interest in working within a team-based, interdisciplinary setting
