We are a CPA firm currently seeking ​an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for processing payrolls, preparing payroll tax returns and W-2s, as well as assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data from clients
  • Compute and record financial data
  • Process payrolls for clients
  • Prepare payroll tax returns
  • Prepare W-2s and 1099s
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Reconcile bank accounts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper with a public accounting firm
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
