We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Mail Clerk opportunity with a financial firm in Dallas, Texas. This is a temp to hire role.
Hours: Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm
The Mail Clerk is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Opening inbound mail and overnight deliveries.
- Identifying mail and attaching the appropriate file or case number.
- Time-stamping all mail after identification.
- Processing and producing outbound mail using Quadient production software, as well as printers, copiers, scanners, folders/inserters, and metering machines.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of record-keeping services experience or equivalent experience in an office environment.
- Strong computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
