Join Miracle-Ear as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing hearing challenges. In this role, you will work closely with patients to provide education, support, and the latest hearing technology. We are looking for motivated individual, who is a great addition to our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment of patients' hearing needs through consultations.
- Learn to demonstrate and provide information about hearing aids and related products.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Support the hearing care professional in delivering excellent service and follow-up care.
- Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in hearing instrument technology.
Compensation:
- Competitive base pay during training, with opportunities for additional earnings once licensed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Requirements
- Associates Degree or Higher; relevant education in audiology or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
- Desire to learn and develop professionally in the field of hearing healthcare.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
