Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Builder/ Mechatronic Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of complex custom automation machinery. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
1st Shift $33-39/hr
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complex automated machinery, systems, and sub-assemblies from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components
• Collaborate with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment functions per specifications
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting, alignment, and precision adjustment of moving components
• Assist in testing, debugging, and system startup activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support field service teams with equipment installation and commissioning when required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building automated machinery, packaging equipment, or industrial systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical prints, and pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring devices, and power tools
• Experience with robotics or motion systems (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
