Responsibilities:
• Represent the organization at recruitment events to enhance visibility and attract skilled candidates.
• Build strong relationships with vocational and trade schools to create a sustainable pipeline of experienced talent.
• Manage job postings and requisitions across various platforms to maximize exposure to prospective candidates.
• Create and update detailed job descriptions while ensuring wage scales align with market standards.
• Act as an in-house recruiter, addressing hiring needs by implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain a robust social media presence that supports recruitment efforts.
• Organize and lead regular recruitment update meetings with the onboarding team to ensure smooth processes.
• Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems, and partnerships to source candidates effectively.
• Develop creative solutions to address hiring challenges in a fast-paced environment.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with external partners and schools.
• Proficiency in using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement effective hiring solutions in a dynamic setting.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to leverage social media platforms for recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment or prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR administration, onboarding processes, and employee relations.
