Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to support a large, well-established client in the utilities sector. This position plays a pivotal role in managing account enrollment processes, overseeing transactions, and ensuring billing operations run smoothly. You will contribute to impactful projects, including an account migration initiative in Illinois, while working in a professional environment that rewards precision, adaptability, and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee account enrollments with accuracy and timeliness.
