Job Summary
B&A is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business needs and user requirements.
- Develop front-end code using modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Ensure that user interfaces and experiences are optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with back-end systems.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve user interfaces and experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with new UI/UX trends and technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements to existing systems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with Kendo UI
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Experience with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Knowledge of back-end development technologies such as Node.js and Express is a plus.
- Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and usability best practices.

Security Clearance
