Dispatcher / Scheduler needed for homecare agency. M-F, 8-5 at our office.


Opportunity to be promoted to Office Manager in 6 months.


PHHC is looking to hire an amazing person with potential with is seeking an opportunity for advancement and a career. Full-time with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, and 401(k).


Requirements:

  • experience with home health care scheduling or similar health care scheduling preferred
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • experience working in an office required
  • exceptional computer skills required


Duties include:

- schedule visits, match employees with home health clients

- monitor and re-schedule to ensure employees have required number of visits per week

- assist with new client intakes and scheduling their first home visit

- supervise personal care providers

- medical records maintenance and checking for quality assurance

- data entry

- ensure aide staff follow client plan of care

- assist manager as requested

- answering phone lines

- submitting reports
