Job Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Executive Office and providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This position also assists with Executive Office functions and provides direct administrative support to the Vice President of Food & Beverage, ensuring efficient coordination of departmental activities, meetings, communications, and special projects. He/she is also responsible for responding to or processing guest complaints and ensure smooth office operations at the highest levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field, highly recommended.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment, preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related industry, highly recommended.
• Must be proficient in company-approved word processing and spreadsheet applications as evidenced by the ability to
troubleshoot spreadsheets and basic PC problems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
