The Senior Manager – Content, Social & Influencer leads and operationalizes Tatte’s content and social ecosystem, ensuring storytelling translates into measurable brand growth, cultural relevance, and business impact. This role is not just about content creation; it is a hybrid of creative leadership, brand stewardship, and performance-driven marketing. This leader owns the full content lifecycle from ideation through production, distribution, and optimization across social, digital, and owned channels. They shape Tatte’s voice in the world, bringing our Concept Essence to life through platform-native storytelling, creator partnerships, and community engagement. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with regular time in cafés to capture authentic moments and translate the in-store experience into compelling digital narratives. The Senior Manager serves as the cross-functional connector between Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Operations, and Café teams, ensuring content is not only beautiful, but effective, scalable, and rooted in real guest and team experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Social Strategy Leadership

  • Own and evolve Tatte’s social-first content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Translate brand, product, and business priorities into a clear, actionable content roadmap
  • Build and maintain an integrated content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, partnerships, and cultural moments
  • Establish creative standards & platform best practices to ensure content is distinctive, elevated, and on-brand
  • Lead external partners (freelancers, creators, agencies) to scale high-quality content production.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Lead ideation and development of platform-native content including short-form video, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and cultural moments
  • Oversee execution of always-on content and campaign assets that reflect Tatte’s hospitality, craft, and energy
  • Direct and manage photo/video shoots to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to translate Concept Essence into compelling, modern storytelling
  • Ensure all content reflects real café experiences and resonates authentically with guests and teams.

Creator, Influencer & Earned Strategy

  • Build and lead a high-impact creator and influencer ecosystem aligned to Tatte’s brand and audience
  • Identify, source, and manage relationships with creators, tastemakers, culinary voices, and cultural partners
  • Develop integrated influencer campaigns that drive reach, awareness, and brand affinity
  • Lead partnerships end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance evaluation
  • Cultivate earned media opportunities that expand Tatte’s cultural relevance across digital and traditional platforms.

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Own digital community strategy, including social listening and engagement best practices
  • Build meaningful connections with guests by amplifying café culture, team stories, and guest experiences
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement through storytelling, partnerships, and real-time content
  • Ensure Tatte shows up consistently as a premium, hospitality-driven brand in digital spaces

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Define and track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and conversion
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to optimize creative for paid social and digital campaigns
  • Implement test-and-learn frameworks across formats, creators, messaging, and platforms
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Café teams to support launches and campaigns
  • Work closely with café teams to capture authentic, in-the-moment content
  • Align content initiatives with broader commercial priorities and business goals
  • Support digital discovery and conversion in partnership with web and SEO teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 6–8+ years of progressive experience in content, social, influencer, or digital marketing (hospitality, food, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creators, freelancers, or agency partners to deliver high-quality content at scale
  • Strong creative judgment paired with analytical rigor; able to balance brand storytelling with performance outcomes
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Café teams
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple campaigns and content streams
  • Deep familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and content production workflows (photo, video, short-form)

Preferred

  • Experience working in a café, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail environment
  • Hands-on experience capturing content in live environments (stores, restaurants, events)
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, social analytics tools, and content management systems
  • Experience partnering with Performance Marketing teams to optimize paid social creative
  • Basic understanding of web, SEO, and digital discovery tools.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
