About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our *****| Tech HR team in Fort Worth, TX. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Our workplace emphasizes flexibility and work-life balance—employees typically work onsite four days per week, with one remote day allowed.
Key Responsibilities
- Requisition Support: Create, track, and maintain job requisitions from initiation through posting and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, aligning candidate and interviewer availability.
- Assessment Management: Administer and monitor candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and communication of results.
- Recruiting Inbox Management: Respond to inquiries in the recruiting mailbox with professionalism and promptness.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the process.
- Administrative Support: Assist with reports, data tracking, and other recruiting tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
