What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregiving staff
Supervise and support nursing operations during your shift
Conduct resident assessments and lead care planning
Promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents
Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide leadership across the facility and respond to urgent needs
Foster a positive, professional culture on the care floor

What You’ll Need:

Must be 21 years or older
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
5 years of nursing leadership experience required
2+ years as a DON or ADON preferred
3–5 years of experience in gerontological nursing, with strengths in rehabilitative and restorative care
Excellent critical thinking, judgment, multitasking, and prioritization skills
A compassionate, resident-centered clinical approach
