What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregiving staff
  • Supervise and support nursing operations during your shift
  • Conduct resident assessments and lead care planning
  • Promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide leadership across the facility and respond to urgent needs
  • Foster a positive, professional culture on the care floor

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
  • 5 years of nursing leadership experience required
  • 2+ years as a DON or ADON preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in gerontological nursing, with strengths in rehabilitative and restorative care
  • Excellent critical thinking, judgment, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • A compassionate, resident-centered clinical approach
