Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $800 – $1,000 per week
- Benefits: Social security and health insurance provided in accordance with Nevada state laws
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S. market, introduce the company’s automotive window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) products and services, and identify customer needs.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively schedule appointments for qualified leads to visit the store for consultations or service experiences, and follow up on customer interest and visit status.
- Customer Relationship Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information and communication logs, ensuring smooth coordination for in-store visits.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain efficient communication with the China headquarters and U.S. local stores to ensure seamless coordination of customer appointments and services.
- Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by management in an efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills (Core Requirement): Native-level American English proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate fluently with U.S. customers over the phone. Mandarin proficiency is also required.
- Communication Skills: Strong phone communication, articulation, and active listening skills; personable and persuasive.
- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred.
- Professionalism: Strong customer service mindset, results-driven, proactive, responsible, and execution-oriented.
- Work Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast-paced outbound calling environment and effectively handle cross-time-zone remote collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry (e.g., window tinting, detailing, car modification, etc.)
- Proven track record in appointment setting or sales conversion
