Caleb Jump | Managing Director
After a decade in mortgage and commercial lending with two respected Decatur banks, Caleb joined Northwestern Mutual nearly 10 years ago. Today, he leads a growing team focused on developing exceptional financial professionals.
Outside the office, Caleb is a proud father of four daughters and spends much of his time coaching or cheering them on in basketball, volleyball, dance, and show choir. His passion for coaching extends into the workplace, where he enjoys helping driven individuals reach their full potential.
What You'll Do
As a Financial Advisor, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners create personalized financial plans through:
- Financial planning
- Insurance and risk management
- Retirement planning
- Investment strategies
- Ongoing financial guidance and education
- You'll build long-term relationships while helping clients make informed financial decisions through every stage of life.
Who We're Looking For
You may be an excellent fit if you:
- Have experience as a collegiate athlete, former professional athlete, coach, team captain, or competitive athlete
- Enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed
- Are highly coachable and motivated by continuous improvement
- Thrive in a performance-based environment
- Want greater control over your income and schedule
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- No prior financial services experience is required. We provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support needed to launch your career.
