We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Century City. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a commercial real estate company. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This contract is expected to last two months.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Manage switchboard operations for phone lines ranging from 1 to 10.
• Direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Address inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.
• Support other team members with clerical tasks as required.
• Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Detail-oriented approach and attitude suitable for a corporate environment..
