Racine, WI | Up to $30/hr (DOE) | 1st & 2nd Shift

- Do you know your way around offsets, tool changes, and insert swaps?
- Are you confident inspecting parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges?

What you’ll handle day-to-day
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to complete scheduled jobs
- Execute tool changes, make offsets, and replace inserts
- Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
- Verify quality using precision measuring tools
- Uphold production and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
What you bring to the table
- Prior CNC machining or CNC operator experience
- Experience with tool changes and offsets (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus
