.03cpm raise every 3 months of safe driving until .65cpm max!

0-1 Year safe driving experience = .50cpm with .03cpm raise every 3 months
2 recent years safe driving exp ‎ = .55 cpm with .03cpm raise every 3 months until 65cpm max!
3 recent years exp = .60 cpm with raise every 3 months until 65cpm max!
5+ recent safe driving years exp = .65cpm

*Experience pay = Recent Safe driving years without at fault accident major incident/citation/violation

Earn Days Off: For every 6 days worked (with at least 4 hours of driving and on-duty time), drivers earn 1 day off
