Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Admissions Specialist in St. Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the admissions process of a healthcare university while building a long-term career. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Review and verify applications to pre-qualify candidates for interviews and evaluation by the Admissions Committees.
• Enter candidate documents and information into organizational databases for reporting and record-keeping.
• Audit documentation and pre-requisites to ensure file completion using various software systems.
• Communicate strategically and professionally with candidates regarding admissions processes, acceptance protocols, policies, and other relevant information.
• Make up to 100 outbound calls daily to engage with prospective candidates.
• Represent the organization at recruitment fairs, campus tours, open houses, webinars, conventions, and other admissions activities, including Orientation.
• Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly enrollment and matriculation reports for leadership review.
• Participate in campus-sponsored events both virtually and in person when required.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing communications and scheduling.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a setting requiring attention to detail.
• Skilled in addressing inquiries and providing clear, accurate information.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Administration for managing candidate information and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
