Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like job boards, social media, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates with relevant experience.
• Assess candidate skills and compatibility with role requirements through structured evaluations and interviews.
• Ensure a seamless and attentive experience for candidates by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to accurately record recruitment activities and analyze metrics for process improvements.
• Stay updated on and adhere to federal, state, and organizational regulations, policies, and ethical hiring practices.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent recruitment processes.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies and sourcing methods.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards and ethical hiring practices.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Experience in corporate recruiting and building diverse talent pipelines.
