American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Compliance Specialist to become an integral part of our operations.
Position Overview
The Events & Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all HUXWRX Safety Co. events and trade shows, as well as supporting cross-unit initiatives including sales team range events, store openings, and other strategic engagements. This role also manages the company’s social media presence across all platforms to ensure brand consistency, audience growth, and measurable engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Plan and execute all trade shows, industry events, and HUXWRX-hosted functions.
- Coordinate logistics including booth design, vendor management, travel, shipping, and onsite execution.
- Partner with Sales, Product Line Managers, and Leadership to support range events, store activations, and customer experiences.
- Manage event contracts and deliver comprehensive post-event reporting, including performance analysis, audience feedback, and recommendations for future optimization.
- Develop activation strategies to align with brand values and audience expectations.
- Travel regularly to support trade shows, events, and activations as required.
Social Media Management
- Oversee all corporate social media accounts: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, TriggerHill, and others as directed.
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Ensure brand voice, guidelines, and messaging are consistently applied across platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to audiences, and report on performance analytics.
- Provide monthly reviews of social media presence, highlighting audience engagement, brand reach, content effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into larger campaigns.
Cross Functional Support
- Work with internal teams to align event and media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Support product launches with event and social media activations.
- Provide creative input to elevate brand presence at both physical and digital touchpoints.
- Assist the marketing team with campaign development, content creation, and execution across digital and print channels.
- Contribute to marketing team initiatives by providing event coverage, live posting, and post-event content for use in ongoing campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and/or event marketing.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale trade shows, activations, or industry events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships.
- High energy, highly organized, and composed under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
