Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation and/or removal of various window treatment systems ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Install and configure manual/motorized drapery rods, roman shades, & roller shades.
Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during or after the installation process.
Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and inventory used.
Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding installations.
Additional Responsibilities
Proven experience in installation or a related field.
Proficient with using power tools, hand tools, ladders/scaffolding.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
