Compensation: $19.00-$20.33 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st (6am-4:30pm) & 2nd (4:20pm-3am) Shifts | Monday-Thursday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Monticello, MN. In this role, you’ll operate CNC machinery, inspect parts, and help ensure smooth, safe production. If you enjoy hands-on work, using measuring tools, and working with a supportive team, this could be a great long-term fit. Read below for more details

What You’ll Do as an Machine Operator:

• Run CNC machines safely, efficiently, and consistently
• Load parts, inspect samples, and verify accuracy throughout the process
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools daily
• Maintain inspection records and complete associated paperwork
• Assist with resolving basic quality issues when needed

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Must be comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring tools
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and follow all safety procedures
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to learn, take initiative, and work independently when needed
• Must have reliable transportation to Monticello, MN
• Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
