Majic Productions is a growing event services and production company specializing in live events, audiovisual production, and creative event experiences. We are expanding our operations team and are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our internal systems and administrative workflow.
We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain company information across multiple systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and internal systems
- Review information for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Organize digital records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Update customer, vendor, and operational information as needed
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or incomplete data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Excellent typing and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and time management abilities
