Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide critical care to diverse patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit, supporting a Level III Trauma center. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced ICU Registered Nurses who are adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality care to adolescent through geriatric populations. The unit maintains a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring focused attention to patient needs in a 10-bed setting.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN licensure with New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory)
- Proven ICU nursing experience with competent skill in critical care procedures
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic trauma and critical care environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork focus
- Flexibility to commit to the contract duration without schedule accommodations or multiple concurrent assignments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to interventions
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient and family education with empathy and clarity
- Adhere strictly to facility policies, safety standards, and ethical practices

Additional Details:As per facility requirements, local candidates residing within 50 miles will not be considered. Time off requests must be submitted with application and are limited to a maximum of five days during the assignment. Orientation periods are not billable. Overtime and holiday hours attract a premium multiplier.
