Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers and warmly welcome them to the dealership.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our wide range of vehicles to confidently assist customers in their purchasing decisions.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering suitable vehicle solutions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about current car sales trends and market developments to provide relevant information to customers.


Requirements

For insurance purposes - must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.

Experience: Prior experience in auto sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Oriented: Must have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-evolving automotive market.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive sales software and customer management systems is a plus.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
