Job Summary
Our client is a 5th generation company specializing in new and renovation projects for correctional facilities across the United States. This position is located in Noblesville, IN.
Position Responsibilities:
- Organize, prepare, distribute, and track: Submittals, Schedules, Field Binders, Closeout Documents, and project correspondence for assigned projects.
- Assist with pre-construction activities and bids.
- Support Project Management & Preconstruction Team in day-to-day operations.
- Manage miscellaneous projects, warranty, and service work.
- Aid in material procurement, warehouse staging, and site delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Construction Management or related studies
- Onsite Construction Experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Proficient with Construction Documents.
- Estimating & Scheduling software experience (Procore) Preferred
- 1 year experience in the construction industry
Compensation Package Includes:
