We are looking for a personable and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a property management office in South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys , managing administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming first impression for visitors and callers. The role requires strong organization abd effective communication. Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-6pm
Responsibilities:
• Welcome homeowners, guests, and vendors at the front desk and provide helpful assistance with questions and requests.
• Answer inbound calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take accurate messages using courteous phone etiquette.
• Process transactions and payment collection.
• Maintain organized records and complete administrative support tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prepare documents, update spreadsheets, and enter information with speed and accuracy.
• 3+ years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and friendly approach to residents and visitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general word processing tasks.
• Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems, inbound calls, and detailed message taking.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain organized in a busy office setting.
