Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Maryland (Hybrid options available)

Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and brand awareness.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, email, content).
• Manage creative assets, messaging, and brand identity.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support high-quality lead flow and conversion.
• Plan local events, promotions, and community outreach specific to the Maryland market.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of marketing experience (solar or home services industry a major plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
