We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our goal is to provide high-quality dental care while making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays (per state requirements)
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
- Seat patients, review medical history, and ensure patient comfort
- Provide chairside support and anticipate provider needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience)
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm
- Occasional flexibility may be needed
