What Youll Do:
- Be the Face of Foss: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, and phone, providing top-tier customer support and marketing new customers.
Keep Us Organized: Maintain our customer Data Base, overseeing invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Support the Team: Provide administrative backup to the owners/management to ensure repairs stay on track.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in office management or high-level customer service.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software.
- The "Small Biz" Mentality: You are a problem-solver who is happy to jump in wherever help is needed.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skillsyou can turn a frustrated caller into a lifelong fan.
