As the frontline of our customer service operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing support, and managing customer requests. ent service and support. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
