Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable Administrator to join our TEAM! As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you are responsible for high volume day-to-day tasks related to processing of payment vouchers and issuing payment of supplier inventoried items, expense reports, operating expense invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts as part of a small team led by the Accounts Payable Manager for our 16 locations, warehouses, and outside sales team. Proficiency with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
This position offers a competitive base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
Garden State Tile’s Corporate Office is conveniently located on Wyckoff Road off Route 34 in Wall Township, New Jersey. The Corporate Office houses the Garden State Tile's meticulous, dedicated corporate team in the areas of finance, human resources, purchasing, treasury, and marketing departments that support the company's organizational objectives for its 16 locations and outside sales team in providing quality ceramic, porcelain, glass and stone products to dealers, architects, designers, and residential customers.
The current office hours are 5 days a week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling available.
The position is a 5 day in office position.

Requirements:
- Analyzes and reconciles supplier, inventoried item invoices, operating expense invoices, and expense reports for accuracy ensuring timely payments of such.
- Enters vouchers and processes payments for supplier, inventoried item invoices, operating expense invoices, and expense reports for accuracy ensuring timely payments of such.
- Reconciling statements.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Communicate with team members, suppliers, vendors, customers, and other professionals.
- To confidently make decisions with little or no guidance to resolve client issues/concerns.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
