A full-time paraprofessional position is available to provide dedicated one-on-one support to a 4th-grade student in Bedford, NH. This role focuses on assisting with both academic and behavioral needs, requiring experience in behavior management to support the student’s unique learning style effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized academic support tailored to the 4th-grade student’s needs
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior

- Monitor and document the student’s progress and behavioral development
- Foster a safe and encouraging environment that supports the student’s growth
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
- Demonstrated skills in behavior management and working with students with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
