Job Title: Head of Marketing & Digital
Job Location: St. Petersburg, FL, USA
Purpose
Lead Acron Technologies’ global marketing, brand, digital strategy, and external communications to strengthen market presence, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial growth across all product lines. This role is accountable for shaping Acron’s brand identity, delivering a modern digital ecosystem, and ensuring cohesive internal and external communication that supports commercial, OEM, airline, defense, and integrator markets.
The role partners closely with Product Line Leaders, Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure Acron’s value proposition is consistently communicated and aligned to customer business outcomes. Reporting to the President Acron Avionics, this position drives both strategic marketing leadership and hands‑on communication and digital execution that accelerates Acron’s global commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership – Define and maintain Acron’s global brand strategy, identity, and value proposition.
- External Communications – Lead PR, media relations, corporate announcements, crisis communications, and executive visibility.
- Digital Strategy & Execution – Oversee website, digital channels, portals, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation – Build integrated campaigns supporting product launches, events, and strategic pursuits.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence – Lead VOC programs and competitive analysis.
- Leadership & Governance – Build the team, manage budgets, oversee agencies, and establish brand governance frameworks.

Role Expectations
- Marketing Strategy – Build integrated global marketing and communications plans aligned with product line goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – an MBA is helpful
- 10+ years senior marketing or communications leadership experience, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or defense.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, digital ecosystems, and external communications.
- Experience in PR, media relations, crisis management, and corporate positioning.
- Strong understanding of CRM, SEO/SEM, automation platforms, analytics, and media strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.
