Position: Medical Assistant
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Duration: 7-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM) Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Pay rate: Up to $25/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients

• Schedule appointments and answer phones

• Take and document vital signs

• Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture

• Administer vaccines

• Perform EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

• Provide front and back-office support as needed

• Maintain a collaborative relationship with providers and staff

• Support health education and outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience

• At least 1 year of experience beyond externship

• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred

• Occupational Health experience strongly preferred

• Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required

• EMR experience required

• BLS or CPR certification required

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
