$300–$500 per day | 50% Commission W2 + 100% Tips
This is a groomer-owned mobile grooming business serving St. Charles County, Missouri. This position is a great fit for experienced salon groomers who are curious about mobile grooming and want a calmer, one-on-one workday without the chaos of a busy shop.
You don’t need prior mobile experience — just solid grooming skills, professionalism, and an interest in learning a different (often easier on the body) way to groom. Scheduling is built around realistic grooming timelines, with support from an owner who is a professional groomer and understands the transition.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality grooming services (bathing, clipping, styling)
- Ensure pet comfort and safety at all times
- Communicate clearly with pet parents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
- Drive safely between appointments
- Manage time efficiently without being rushed
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional dog grooming experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
Introductory Period (First 90 Days)
The first 90 days focus on setting you up for success in mobile grooming.
During this time, you’ll receive:
- Full commission W2 + 100% of tips
- Schedules built with realistic grooming timelines
- Direct support from the owner, who is a professional groomer
- A clean, fully equipped mobile grooming van, supplies provided, and clear daily structure
