Schedule: 35 hours/week | 5 days/week
Pay Rate: $30$36/hour

Caseload: 3040 students across multiple school sitesPosition Overview:
We are currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position serving elementary students during the 20252026 academic year. The SLPA will support students across multiple school sites under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. A minimum of 12 years of experience in a school setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services aligned with IEP goals under SLP supervision

Support students in both individual and small group settings

Assist with preparing materials, progress documentation, and treatment notes

Follow treatment plans and assist in implementing therapy strategies

Communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Travel between multiple school sites (mileage reimbursement if applicable)
- Qualifications:

Active California SLPA Certification Required

12 years of school-based SLPA experience Preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple sites
