We are a 100% remote fundraising consulting agency with clients nationwide focused on youth development, education, arts and culture, community health initiatives, and more. Position Summary

Granted Fundraising Consultants is looking for a dynamic storyteller whos able to create engaging, original, and grammatically flawless content for a variety of clients, including but not limited to nonprofit organizations run by and for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community members. The grant writer will work closely with the COO to set priorities and establish goals for their own portfolio of nonprofit clients. They will also communicate directly with clients, leading the collaborative writing / editing process for each grant project. The grant writer will foster a trusting relationship with the clients in their portfolio, and they will continually work to grow and diversify their clients revenue streams.

Here is a list of the key areas in which you will provide support to the organization:

  • Produce content for client projects, including but not limited to grant proposals, grant reports, sponsorship solicitations, that align with Granteds internal style and branding guidelines, client-specific style and branding guidelines, and Granteds standard operating procedures.
  • Research funding prospects and create a grant seeking plan and timeline of funding opportunities to pursue for each client according to their funding goals.
  • Continually track and manage grant submission records.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients in their portfolio.


PREFERRED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced with federal and state grant application processes
  • Familiar with Google Docs, Zoom, and other software programs used in remote work
  • Comfortable seeking out data from reputable sources to support information in grant narratives

This position is part-time (up to 29 hours/week) and starts at $28 hourly. Higher pay is dependent on experience and qualifications as outlined in this posting.Please do not apply if this is not a starting pay you are seeking.
