Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for California
  • Recent experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Knowledge of common assessments, treatment planning, and IEP processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to be flexible, manage caseload efficiently, and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop individualized therapy goals in alignment with IEPs
  • Deliver engaging occupational therapy interventions within classrooms and resource settings
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student access to curriculum and improved functional outcomes
  • Consult with teachers and staff to implement classroom adaptations and support student participation
